1. All Sales Are Final
ENAS UNIVERSE sells digital fitness products (PDF programs) with instant download access immediately after payment. By completing the purchase you expressly consent to immediate execution of the contract and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (and Italian Consumer Code, art. 59 lett. o) does not apply.
For these reasons, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
2. Limited Exceptions
We will issue a refund only in the following cases:
- Double payment for the same order.
- Technical failure on our side that prevents access to the product and cannot be resolved within 7 days.
- Verified unauthorised payment (fraud).
- Cases where mandatory law requires it.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email enasgianmarco99@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase including:
- Order email and Stripe receipt ID.
- Reason and, if technical, description of the issue.
We will reply within 5 business days.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank settlement times may vary.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — most issues are solved instantly. Bad-faith chargebacks for products that were delivered and downloaded will be contested with full evidence (payment data, IP address, download log).
